Battery features

  • The batteries in the Enerzell series are uniquely designed to meet the changing needs of the industry. The battery features the compact, versatile and used in a wide range of application. The features consist of valves regulation, rechargeable, maintenance free, AGM/GEL lead acid battery in which the sulphuric acid electrolyte is held in friable glass materials or GEL form. This reduce the maintenance cost of the battery since the batteries are extremely low gassing delivery during their service life. Therefore, separate batteries charging room is not required. Separate battery charging room are no longer needed.

  • The special lead calcium tin alloy, flat grid plates are pack closely have created low material resistance and compact size of the battery. These features also shorten the recharge time and increase the high current discharged characteristics of the battery. The low self-discharge enable the battery to operate without further recharge even after lengthy period of storage.

  • Enerzell battery systems are very environmentally friendly. The battery start out with using more environmentally friendly material and the production are using modern environmental friendly engineering. Enerzell guarantees acceptance and proper recycle of the battery at the end of the service life.

Maintenance free

Since the gases generated through the electrolysis of water during overcharge are completely recombined within the cell, there is no need for poriodic addition of water. Enerzell VRLA batteries require no topping up through out service life. Virtually sealed.

Low internal resistance

Long design life

Enerzell VRLA batteries are designed for the service life of 5 to 10 years for various application at ambient temperature of 25°C through rigorous laboratory test.

Low Sell-Discharge

Enerzell VRLA batteries are designed in such that self-discharge rates are less than 2% per month at 25°C.

Efficient gas recombination

The high gas recombination rate up to 99% efficiency resulting in very low gas emission and water loss from the battery.

Non-spillable

Enerzell VRLA batteries features the Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) separator which absorbs all the electrolyte and is syllable to be installed in any orientation.

Non restricted for

EnerZell VRLA batteries classified as non-hazardous material suitable for land, sea and air transport related to DOT OFR telo 49 paris 171-189.
